Crosstalk is not as low in this amp as some of the others measured. The large spikes at 60, 180, 300 Hz are artifacts of residual power supply noise, not actual crosstalk. See the AMP6 S/N ratio page. It is not known at this time if the 2020 chip used in the AMP6, Charlize, Autocostruire, etc. has higher crosstalk than the 2024 chip used in other amps. The levels shown above may simply be caused by PCB layout. See Sonic Impact crosstalk page. |
